We offer the option of extending your basic warranty to 10 years, free of charge. Simply register on our website.
Warranty repair process

Complete form
You’ll need: proof of purchase, information about the product and damage, as well as contact details

Product pick-up
Once your application is positively assessed, we’ll send a courier to pick up the packaged product at our cost.

Repair
After we pick the product up, our authorised service staff will oversee the repair.

Product delivery
We’ll deliver the repaired or replaced product to the designated address.
Frequently asked questions
Complete the form available at https://rma.kiddy.com/, including a detailed description of the damage in your application. If possible, please also attach photos or a short video. Once the application is received, we’ll contact you to give you a case number.
If it’s possible to repair the product, we do. Otherwise, we’ll send you the spare parts, or we’ll replace the product with a new one.
The basic warranty period for Kiddy products is two years. This period can be extended to 10 years by completing a form available at kiddy.com.
